On February 13, 2016 the CENRO-Roxas, Palawan had a new leader in the presence of DMO III Arnoldo A. Blaza, Jr. from the DENR MIMAROPA Office, a person who serves to the environment for more than 30 years since 1986 in time of the late Philippine President Corazon Aquino. By virtue of DENR Special Order No. 2017-46 signed by the DENR Undersecretary for Staff Bureaus Demetrio L. Ignacio, Jr., CESO I last January 30, 2017, DMO III Arnoldo A. Blaza, Jr. was reassigned as the OIC-CENRO of CENRO-Roxas, Palawan.

Before he was appointed as the OIC, CENRO of Community Environment and Natural Resources Office, Roxas, Palawan, DMO III Arnoldo A. Blaza, Jr. is not a new in this field, started his career as a Skilled Forester in the Bureau of Forestry Development MIMAROPA (now known as DENR) in June 1986 as a casual employee, and then became a Forester in a permanent position lately in the same year. In the year 1988 he was promoted as Senior Forester in the same agency and was promoted again as Forest Management Specialist II in less than a year.

And now, OIC-CENRO Arnoldo A. Blaza Jr. is hoping to have a good working relationship with his fifty strong and dedicated men and women of CENRO-Roxas, Palawan as he is tasked to act on documents and perform the respective duties and responsibilities as OIC-CENRO pursuant to the DENR Manual of Authorities.
